Stats watch: M-sport's 200th points record
Great news for M-Sport and Ford - but also for WRC statistics crunchers who have 200 rallies of data to pore over. With that in mind, here are some of our favourite facts about M-Sport's points record:
First to most recent:
The first points finish in the record-breaking run came at Rallye Monte-Carlo in 2002 when Carlos Sainz and Colin McRae brought their Ford Focus RS WRCs home in third and fourth place. Mads Østberg's podium and four points for Éric Camilli in Mexico bring us bang up to date.
Most successful event?
That will be Sweden. M-Sport Fords have taken six wins on the Scandinavian classic since 2002.

Team Principal Malcolm Wilson has flown 1,050,575 miles since Rallye Monte-Carlo 2002.
