In testing: Corsica special

With the first pure asphalt rally of the 2018 season at Corsica linea - Tour de Corse [5-8 april] just around the corner, teams have been busy testing their cars on the island's twisty roads.

Dedicated YouTube WRC spotters have caught the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team, Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT and privateer Citroën driver Yoann Bonato at various stages during their pre-Corsica tests.

Yo2B Production captured Sebastien Ogier's Fiesta being packed away after his recent test. The Frenchman is looking to take his third win of the season on home soil.

Elsewhere, the Toyota pair of Ott Tänak and Esapekka Lappi were spotted testing the Yaris WRC in Corsica, with the Estonian getting his first experience of the car on the island's abrasive roads.

French champion Bonato was also spotted racking up the testing kilometres. The WRC 2 driver will be tackling his home event in Citroën's brand-new C3 R5.
