24H Le Mans - Hour 17

A flash fire, following a puncture, on the No.61 AF Corse-Waltrip Ferrari 458 (GTE Am) created some excitement for weary team members, media and fans. NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, jumped out of the car, waited until the fire was extinguished and then jumped back in to return his car to the team for repairs.

Audi No.1 is leading from the No.2 overall, Starworks and Pecom are holding station in LM P2. Oak Racing's bad day continued with the retirement of the No.15 Pescarolo.
