WTCR squad Team Mulsanne and Gianni Morbidelli’s partnership ends
WTCR - FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO entrant Team Mulsanne has issued the following statement regarding Gianni Morbidelli.
"Team Mulsanne communicates that the professional relationship with Gianni Morbidelli in the 2018 FIA WTCR has come to an end.
"The whole team wants to thank the Italian driver for the contribution he has made up to the round in Portugal.
"The team's line-up for the forthcoming round in Slovakia will be announced shortly".
Ex-Formula One driver Morbidelli contested the opening five WTCR OSCARO events in a Team Mulsanne Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR by Romeo Ferraris, making 12 starts and scoring a best result of P13 at WTCR Race of Netherlands in May.
WTCR Race of Slovakia takes place from 13-15 July.
