World RX signs total as championship’s new lubricant partner

The FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy has signed TOTAL - the leading multinational energy company - as the World Championship's official lubricant partner. The new collaboration is a one-year regional partnership across the Nordics, UK, Germany, France and Argentina.

An extension of TOTAL's existing association with 2015 Teams' Championship winners Team Peugeot-Hansen, the agreement with World RX will incorporate an array of additional rights across the Championship.

As part of the new partnership, TOTAL will receive access to exclusive race footage which will be used to create bespoke content showcasing TOTAL Lubricant performance in the Team Peugeot-Hansen Supercars which accelerate faster off the line than a Formula One car.

TOTAL have previously backed our reigning Champion Petter [Solberg] in the past and have supported the current Teams' Champions Peugeot-Hansen since the World Championship was established in 2014. With TOTAL's wealth of experience in the lubricants industry, this extension to their World RX footprint makes perfect sense.
