There’s no place like (almost) home for WTCR racer Homola

Mato Homola will be almost racing at home when the WTCR - FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO resumes at the Hungaroring from 27-29 April.

Slovak star Homola lives in Bratislava, approximately 200 kilometres from Budapest, making WTCR Race of Hungary as close as it gets to a local race for the DG Sport Compétition PEUGEOT 308TCR driver.

"I have raced at the Hungaroring a couple of times and every time I had quite good results," said Homola. "I like the track, it's not so fast but it's twisty, it's challenging with a good atmosphere. Many Slovak fans will come."
