The ERC Circuit of Ireland Rally in numbers

It's FIA European Rally Championship time next week and here's everything you need to know about round four, the Discover Northern Ireland Circuit of Ireland Rally, numerically speaking of course.

83: The Circuit of Ireland Rally, which first ran as the Ulster Motor Rally in 1931, is celebrating 83 years in 2014.

1: Craig Breen's winning tally in the ERC. Finally the Peugeot 208T16-driving Irish ace has broken his duck. Congratulations!

19: Briton Chris Ingram is the youngest ERC Junior Championship competitor aged 19.

4: The Circuit of Ireland will be the fourth-ever rally ERC Junior rookie Gino Bux has contested.

7: Jimmy McRae has won the Circuit more times than any other driver with seven wins to his name.

2: Brothers Josh and Sam Moffett are both priority seeds for this year's Circuit.

2: Esapekka Lappi and Freddy Loix are the two careful owners of Neil Simpson's ŠKODA Fabia Super 2000, having both driven the privateer's recently-acquired car in 2013.

12: Simpson took a 12-year sabbatical from rallying to build his ŠKODA dealership business in the UK.

3: Number of attempts it took Tunnock's-backed Robert Barrable to finish the Circuit. He made it home in eighth place in 2012.

18: Number of stages on this year's Circuit itinerary.

230.62: ERC crews will tackle 230.62 competitive kilometres.

2011: Number-four seed Sepp Wiegand switched from two wheels to four in 2011 when he took up rallying having achieved considerable success in motocross.

1991: The Circuit of Ireland has hosted the ERC before. In 1991, the year of Colin McRae's victory, the Circuit was a coefficient 5 event under the championship's old classification system.

2: Finland has celebrated two Circuit winners: Pentti Airikkala and former ERC champion Juho Hänninen. Can Esapekka Lappi make it three this year?

3: Irish rallying legend Billy Coleman won the Circuit three times. He now lends his name to the Billy Coleman Award, handed to Motorsport Ireland's Young Rally Driver of the Year. ERC Junior Stephen Wright is the latest recipient.

14: A total of 14 countries will be represented on this year's Circuit entry.

37: Craig Breen scored 37 ERC Asphalt Master points on the Acropolis Rally.

19: The new-for-2014 ERC Junior Championship has 19 registrations. Nine ERC Juniors were due to be in action on the Circuit but, following Kevin van Deijne's late withdrawal, eight young stars will be chasing success on the Tarmac stages.

2013: Heavy snow forced the cancellation of the 2013 Circuit.

3: There have been three different winners in this year's ERC. Peugeot Rally Academy's Kevin Abbring will be one driver hoping to make it four.
